HEARTY CHILI 
3 lb. ground beef
2 lb. onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
3 cans (6 oz. each) tomato paste
3 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) beef broth
3 cans (15 oz. each) chili beans, undrained
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
Dash of cumin
Dash of cayenne
Dash of crushed red pepper
3 pkg. (10 oz. each) baby lima beans, frozen in butter sauce

Brown meat with onions and garlic; drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste and beef broth until smooth. Add chili beans and seasonings. Remove frozen lima beans from pouch and place in chili. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until lima beans are tender. Yield 20 cups can be frozen.
