SHRIMP SCAMPI A LA FRANCESCO | |
1 stick butter 1 tsp. garlic (chopped) 3 tsp. parsley (chopped) 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 c. dry white wine 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined Melt butter in frying pan. Cook shrimp in melted butter for 5 minutes. Remove shrimp and keep warm. Add remaining ingredients in pan. Cook 3 minutes or until boiling. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes longer. Serve over cooked linguine. |
