SHRIMP SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. cooked frozen shrimp, thawed
10 oz. box frozen peas, thawed
7 oz. box baby shell pasta
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook, rinse and drain pasta. Add shrimp, peas, onion and celery. In bowl, mix horseradish, lemon juice, tomato paste, sugar and salad dressing. Add to shrimp-pasta mixture. Mix well and chill thoroughly before serving. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6. (Chopped crab sticks can be substituted for shrimp).
