2 1/4 c. oat bran
1 tsp. baking powder
Spices of your choice ( 1/2 tsp. allspice, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. cloves)
1/2 - 1 c. dried fruit (dates, raisins, apricots, etc.)
2 tbsp. safflower oil
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. nonfat milk
1/2 c. egg beaters or 3 egg whites
