ITALIAN BAKED BEANS 
3-4 cans Great Northern beans
1 lb. can tomatoes
2 med. onions, chopped
2 lg. stalks celery, chopped coarse
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. sausage

Cook sausage until it breaks up. Add onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and herbs. When onions and celery are soft, mix with beans. Cook 2-3 hours in 325 degree oven, or can be cooked in crock pot, browning sausage first and adding the rest of the ingredients at the same time. Should be stirred occasionally.
