BANANA FROZEN YOGURT 
4 med. bananas
1 c. non-fat plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. apple juice concentrate (do not add water)

Peel bananas, wrap in foil or plastic bag and freeze overnight. At serving time, cut bananas into 1 inch slices while still frozen.

Place yogurt, vanilla and juice concentrate in a food processor or blender. Process until combined. Gradually add banana slices and continue to blend until smooth. Spoon into dessert cups and serve immediately.
