TEXAS BEEF CASSEROLE 
In large skillet cook over low heat, 10-15 minutes.

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Dash pepper

1 (5 oz.) pkg. thin noodles, cooked
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4-6 green onions with tops, chopped

In greased casserole, arrange meat and noodle mixture in alternate layers. Mix in 1 cup Velveeta cheese, grated. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 8-10.
