TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
5 slices firm bread
1 onion
1 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground turkey
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. butter

Thaw spinach. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter large baking pan. Process bread into fine crumbs. Chop onion, cook onion in oil until soft, about 2 minutes. Whisk eggs with milk, basil, salt and pepper. Add spinach, onion, turkey, bread crumbs and lemon juice and mix well. Turn into baking pan and form into 9"x5" loaf. Brush with ketchup and bake 30 minutes. Melt butter. Baste loaf and continue to bake 30 to 35 minutes.
