3 c. milk
3 c. cream
3 c. sugar
Juice of 3 lemons
Juice of 3 oranges
3 bananas, mashed

Combine the milk, cream and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Place in an ice cream freezer until thoroughly chilled and of a mushy consistency. Add fruit juices and banana. Continue freezing until firm. Remove the blades pack in salt and ice for several hours. Makes one gallon.
