1 stick butter 2 tbsp. cocoa 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 2/3 c. plain flour 1 c. chopped nuts 1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows Melt butter and cocoa in small saucepan. Beat eggs and sugar in mixing bowl. Add butter mixture to egg mixture. Stir in flour and nuts. Bake in a well greased, floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. DO NOT OVER BAKE. When done, cover top of cake with miniature marshmallows. Turn oven off, but leave marshmallow covered cake in there about 2 minutes. Marshmallows should rise and be slightly melted together. Mix all icing ingredients together and pour over the hot marshmallows. ICING: 1 box powdered sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa 1/4 stick butter, melted 1/2 c. hot water Mix together. |
