CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 whole chicken breasts (about 4 lbs. total), split & skinned
8 (1 oz.) slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. dry white wine or water
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. butter, melted

Bone chicken breasts, if desired. Arrange chicken in shallow 7 x 11-inch or 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top each piece with a slice of cheese. In a small bowl, stir together soup and wine; spoon evenly over chicken. Coarsely crush stuffing mix and sprinkle over chicken. Drizzle evenly with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until done. Serves 6 to 8.
