COLD CARROT SALAD 
2 lbs. carrots
Onions
Green peppers
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Cook and drain carrots. Make into slices. Slice raw onion and green peppers. Mix soup, vinegar, oil and sugar. Pour over carrots, onion and green peppers. Serve cold.
