PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 
3 beaten eggs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix together. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. If you want to double the recipe, drain 1 can of pineapple.
