Per Turtle:
3 pecan halves
1 caramel
1 chocolate star

Heat oven to 200 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Arrange 3 pecan halves on sheet in a triangle. Place a caramel on top of pecans. Put filled cookie sheet in oven until caramels are soft. Remove from oven, push caramel down over pecans. Put chocolate star on top of caramel and return to oven until stars are soft. Spread chocolate over top. Eat warm or let cool.
