1 1/2 lbs. lean ground round
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped fine
1 pkg. chili sauce
Bottle Red Devil chili sauce
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 sm. can tomatoes, chopped fine
1 c. Jack cheese, grated

Brown the first 4 ingredients until tender; add all remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer for 1 hour on very low temperature. Add Jack cheese to thicken, just before you serve.

Serves 6. Mr. Autry's favorite way to serve is to top with chopped onions.
