SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE 
3/4 lb. shrimp
3/4 lb. crab
3/4 lb. scallops
3/4 lb. lobster
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. butter
1 qt. milk or half and half (approx.) and flour
12 oz. fettuccine noodles

Make white sauce with 1/2 cup butter, flour and milk. Cook seafood (shrimp, crab, lobster) and cut in bite size pieces. Saute scallops in butter. Save liquid and add to sauce. Add to white sauce scallop liquid, salt and pepper and 1/4 cup of cheese. Saute onion and celery. Do not over cook. Add all to finished white sauce.

Cook noodles and drain. Add 1/4 cup butter and 1/4cup cheese. Stir to separate. Large recipe.

Serves 12 easy. (Freeze sauce and cook noodles later when ready to serve.)

You can also just use one or more types of seafood.
