KRAUT SLAW 
1 qt. shredded sauerkraut
1 lg. jar pimentos
2 med. green sliced pepper, cut into rings
2 lg. onions, sliced (purple) and cut into rings
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. vinegar

Mix together and marinate 8 to 10 hours. Can be refrigerated as long as 2 to 3 weeks. Wonderful for cook outs. It all disappears.
