MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 pkg. macaroni
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. soft white bread crumbs (3 slices)
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. sharp American or cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender but firm. Melt butter in saucepan. Remove 2 tablespoons from pan and toss with bread crumbs, set aside.

Stir flour, mustard, and salt into butter in pan. Stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese.

Mix macaroni and sauce together and pour into casserole. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 40 minutes.
