1 lg. can peach slices
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

In medium roasting pan, dump peaches and juice. Sprinkle over with dry cake mix, then drizzle over the melted butter. Microwave on high for 25 minutes. Bake in conventional oven for 50 minutes.
