BAVARIAN PAN BREAD | |
1 loaf frozen Italian bread dough 1/2 c. coarse beer mustard 2 tsp. olive oil 1 c. diced Wesphilian ham 2 c. Emmenthaler cheese, shredded Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Let bread thaw at room temperature (2-3 hours). When thawed, knead on floured work surface for a few minutes. Roll out into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick. Let rise 1/2 hour. Place on greased cookie sheet. Mix mustard and olive oil and spread on top of dough. Sprinkle ham then cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned. Slice into squares and serve. Great for Oktoberfest Parties! |
