2 c. sugar
3 c. syrup (maple flavor)
2 c. oil
1/2 c. cream
1/2 tsp. coffee
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cocoa
3 eggs
9 c. all-purpose flour

Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful and bake until golden.

For filling, spread marshmallow cream on the bottom half of the cookies. Top with remaining cookies and dip in chocolate.
