SIX WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran cereal
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1/2 box raisins

Mix bran, flour, sugar and salt and soda in a large bowl. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Store in covered container in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Bake as needed using paper cups in muffin tins. Fill each muffin tin a little more than 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
