HAM QUICHE 
1 unbaked pastry shell
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. thinly sliced ham strips
2 green onions (chopped)
3 beaten eggs
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash dry mustard
1 c. light corn syrup

Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pie shell. Top with ham and sprinkle with onion. Mix eggs, corn syrup, cream and seasoning. Pour over ingredients in shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
