1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 bell pepper, chopped 2 sm. or 1 lg. tomato sauce 1 sm. pkg. elbow macaroni Green pimento-stuffed olives Velveeta cheese Prepare meat sauce using the ground beef, tomato sauce, onion, and peppers. Salt and pepper, and garlic to taste. Dash of oregano. Boil 3/4 package of elbow macaroni until done, and drain. In a large oblong casserole, slice enough olives to completely cover bottom. Layer macaroni, meat sauce, and cheese, and repeat layers once again. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
