TOMATO GRAVY 
2 pt. fresh or frozen tomatoes
1 sm. onion
2 tbsp. bacon drippings or oil
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Brown flour in oil or drippings. Saute onion until clear. Add tomatoes and sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for at least 30 minutes. Serve on biscuits. Excellent at breakfast with bacon or ham.
