RUM BALLS 
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. rum

Melt chocolate chips over low heat, add butter and peanut butter, cool slightly. Mix in sugar, milk, salt and vanilla. Stir in 2 cups crumbs and rum, and stir in rest of crumbs if needed. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Do not let dough sit or make too far in advance.
