CORNED BEEF HASH CASSEROLE | |
5 cans corned beef hash 5 med. onions, chopped 6 chopped white potatoes 2 chopped green peppers 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped 2 red bell peppers, chopped All green peppers are ok. In about 1/4 cup of bacon drippings, cook peppers and onions and potatoes slowly until potatoes are tender, not soft. Add corned beef hash, cook for 7 minutes. Ready to serve. |
