CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1 can chocolate icing

Beat pudding with milk; fold in Cool Whip. Layer dish with graham crackers, then pudding. Continue layering, ending with graham crackers on top. Spread chocolate icing over top. Refrigerate overnight.
