ERIKS' FAVORITE TUNA AND RICE 
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 c. hot water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas (frozen)
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can tuna (drained) (7 oz.)
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice

Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Add peas and bring to boil. Add soup and mix until smooth. Add tuna and rice. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
