CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add zucchini; mix with dry ingredients. Add buttermilk. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes it's own frosting. Serve warm with ice cream or cold with Cool Whip.
