CONGEALED TUNA SALAD 
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. hot water
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tuna, drained
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. frozen English peas
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. pimiento
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 hard boiled egg, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add hot water. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and salt. Mix all other ingredients and pour into Pyrex or Tupperware tray to congeal.
