SPICED YOGURT POUND CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. plain yogurt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. all spice
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan. In large bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add flour and remaining ingredients. At low speed, beat until well mixed, constantly scraping bowl. Increase speed to high and beat for 4 minutes, scraping occasionally. Pour batter into pan and bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool on rack for 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool.
