BEEF JERKY 
Partially freeze meat for easy slicing.

1 (2 lb.) flank steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
Garlic salt to taste
Lemon pepper to taste

Cut steak with grain in long strips 1/4 inch thick. Combine strips with soy sauce. Drain and discard sauce. Sprinkle both sides of strip light with seasoning. Place strips in a single layer on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 150 degrees for 18 hours. DO NOT ALLOW TEMPERATURE TO GO OVER 150 DEGREES.
