1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Onion to taste
1/3 c. barbeque sauce
1 egg

Mix all ingredients and press in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
