BARBECUED HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices dry bread, crumbled
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. onion, grated
Little water (to moisten)

Mix above ingredients and shape into flat patties (approximately 6).

SAUCE:

1 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

Combine ingredients and bring to boil. Drop raw meat patties into sauce. Simmer 45 minutes. You may need to add a little more water so sauce covers the meat. Serve on buns.
