1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
5 tbsp. real cocoa (Hersheys)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

2 egg whites
2 c. confectionery sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter

Mix all together and drop by rounded teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Cook 10 minutes at 350 degrees. After all the cookies cool, make the filling and put filling in between two cookies (to resemble mini devil dogs).

Filling: Mix butter and confectionery sugar. Add remaining ingredients.
