CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
21 oz. can cherry pie filling

Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.

Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Increase oven to 450°F.

Combine softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and flour. Mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each addition. Blend in milk and vanilla. Pour mixture over crust.

Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 250°F.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Loosen from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of pan. Chill in refrigerator four or more hours. Top with cherry pie filling.
