CHILLED ASPARAGUS WITH DIJON
SAUCE
 
1 box frozen asparagus spears or 1 bunch fresh
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. plain yogurt
1/4 tsp. tarragon

Cook asparagus and chill. Mix Dijon, yogurt and tarragon in small bowl. Before serving pour sauce over chilled asparagus spears.
