1 lg. pkg. of oreo cookies
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 sm. pkgs. of instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. or 1/2 tsp. of vanilla

Crush Oreo cookies. Place 1/2 of crushed cookies into a 9 x 12 pan. Set the rest aside. Mix sugar, cream cheese, and butter. Mix vanilla pudding and milk and combine pudding mix with cream cheese mix. Place over top of crushed cookies and top with the rest of the crushed cookies that you set aside.

(A neat idea for this is to take a plastic flower pot, fill with dirt cake recipe and stick a bundle of plastic of silk flowers into this it looks like a flower pot!)
