FRANK & POTATO BAKE 
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. yellow cheese (your choice)
2 tsp. prepared mustard
5 franks, sliced
4 potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced

In a saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt and milk and cook until thick and bubbly. Fold in franks and potatoes. Place in 1-quart casserole. Cover and cook 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
