QUICK FRUIT COBBLER 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed fruit, thawed
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (9.5 oz.) pkg. refrigerated cinnamon rolls

About 30 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat fruit, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt, stirring constantly, just until thickened. Pour mixture into 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Arrange cinnamon rolls in one layer over fruits; reserve icing from package. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Spread icing evenly on top of rolls. Serve hot. Makes 8 servings.
