COLESLAW SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 c. radish slices
2-4 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. vinegar

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Blend in mayonnaise, cold water, vinegar and salt. Chill until partially set. Beat until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into individual molds or 1 quart mold. Chill. Unmold on lettuce and garnish with radishes.
