SALT FREE BREAD 
Dissolve:

1/3 c. warm water
1 yeast cake
1 tsp. sugar

Cream:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 egg white

Add 1 cup warm water to cream mixture.

5 c. bread flour

Add yeast mixture, then add cream mixture and 5 cups bread flour. Let rise until double in bulk. Use greased, floured loaf pan. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This bread makes excellent toast.

Have it in the oven. I rolled it long and skinny and put it in Italian loaf pans. Am not sure how long to bake it. Guess I will take a peek at it around forty minutes. Putting it in a cold oven surprised me but I did it.
