CAESAR SALAD 
3/8 c. olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1-2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of ground pepper
1 med. head Romaine
1 c. croutons
5/8 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 anchovy fillets, chopped fine
1 egg
Pinch or 2 of dry mustard
2 splashes of Worcestershire sauce

In large bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, anchovies and Parmesan cheese. Let stand for a few minutes. Wash and pat dry the Romaine - tear into bite size pieces. Add to mixture - add croutons - toss and serve immediately.
