STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 to 6 bell peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and mix well. Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds. Stuff meat mixture into peppers. Place in a casserole dish and add 1 cup water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
