COTTAGE CHEESE CUSTARD 
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Place in 4 custard cups and sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in pan of hot water and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
