PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Pork chops
1 can green peas
3-4 carrots
3 med. potatoes

Spray large casserole dish with Pam. Pour in dish 1 can green peas, top with layer of sliced carrots. On top of carrots put a layer of sliced potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Place pork chops over vegetables. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove lid and brown under broiler just long enough to brown pork chops.
