MOCK CHOW MEIN 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 onions (med. size)
2 1/2 c. chopped coarse or sliced cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken or celery or mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup

Brown together hamburger, onions, cabbage and celery. Add remaining ingredients. Use whichever cream soup you like. Add 4 to 6 tablespoons soy sauce. Saute in covered pan. Serve over chow mein noodles.
