MOM'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 lg. can Milnot, chilled and whipped

Keep in refrigerator before whipping. Do not add water.

FOR TOP AND BOTTOM:

26 graham crackers, rolled fine
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix well and use half of mixture for bottom crust and sides.

FILLING:

1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar

Mix together well, then add 1 cup boiling water and stir well. Cool, then stir in whipped cream (Milnot) and beat well. Pour into crust (8x12x2 inch pan). Set in refrigerator until firm.
