3 c. sugar
1 c. Karo
1 c. water
1 lb. peanuts, white raw
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix sugar, Karo, and water. Boil to soft crack stage. Add nuts. Boil until syrup is golden brown - to hard cracker stage. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; pour out.
